L&B‘s another big issue is the talent people management. The most talented people left the company, lead to a big loss for the company since the products are really technical oriented products, not commoditiy. But current leadership team treat the company as commoditity goods provider. It will also influence the overall business performance. Respect is really important, but L&B company lack of respect to the employees and then to investers.
LWB should have a better performance from the stock market, however, the management is a key for this company. They invest a lot in China, but do not have a good control of the investment for China market, especially they let the APAC business director to control the high market wallpaper market to make selfish rebate from one distributor, destroy the sales strategy. In fact, L&B could use their product to gain more market share. once the company CEO knew some information of APAC leader, but he chose to ignore. The company's reuslts in next 3 months will be reduce more. volume reduce, price reduce, lead to a worse business performance for L&B, because not have a good leader in Asia. It's a pity.
