Dr. James earned his Ph.D. from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 1967. Dr. James was formerly in charge of the graduate management program and a professor of Management and Statistics at the Air Force Institute of Technology. In 2016, Dr. James began serving in an advisory role to JIR, transitioning from his previous role as a portfolio manager.
