He is the lead manager of Empire Life's Canadian Equity Fund, the Premier Equity Fund and co‐manages the Asset Allocation Fund. Prior to joining Empire Life, Nessim worked at CIBC Global Asset Management as Vice‐President, Canadian equities, where he was an integral part of a team responsible for managing more than $5 billion in assets. His professional experience also includes positions at Merrill Lynch Investment Managers Canada, and Deloitte & Touche. Nessim is a CA and has a CFA designation.

Mr. O’Reilly was one of the founders of CGOV, where he was responsible for leading equity research and oversaw the balanced and global equity strategies. Mr. O’Reilly was also a member of the CGOV Asset Management Board and chaired the Investment Committee.
