Previously, Gleason is vice president and portfolio manager with Chase Asset Management, his employer since 1995. From 1986 to 1995, he served as a vice president and portfolio manager with Prudential Investment Advisors. Prior to that, he worked as an investment analyst at Chubb Life Insurance Company and as an organic chemist for Exxon Research. Gleason holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
