背景介紹	Delyth joined Kleinwort Benson as a structured credit specialist, later transferring to Kleinwort Benson’s Real Estate team, where she was appointed Head of Real Estate Advisory in 2007. Delyth was appointed Head of Research for the Funds proposition in 2009. Before joining Kleinwort Benson in 2000, Delyth worked for nine years for an international private bank, initially providing Real Estate Advisory services to bank clients, and then structuring complex and tailored loan facilities in the credit team. Delyth holds a BA in Geography from Durham University and an MA in Property Investment and Law from Cass Business School. Delyth is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and Investment Property Forum.

背景介紹	Andrew has responsibility for a number of external best advice lists covering intermediaries operating on various platforms such as Selestia, Transact and Nucleus and is involved in the provision of investment profiles for La Mondiales Luxembourg Insurance bond offering via TobCo. In December 2000, he joined Close Asset Management managing monies on behalf of charities, pension funds and high net worth individuals. Andrew began his investment career with Henry Cooke Lumsden in 1989.
