In 2020, he was named co-chief investment officer. He has 28 years of research experience. From 1992 to 1994, he worked as an analyst in Salomon Brothers' Equity Capital Markets group. Andrew graduated magna cum laude from Yale College with a B.A. in History in 1991 and from Stanford Law School and Graduate School of Business with a J.D. and M.B.A. in 1998.

背景介紹	Ron founded Baron Capital in 1982 and has 54 years of research experience. From 1970 to 1982, he worked for several brokerage firms as an institutional securities analyst. From 1966 to 1969, he worked at the U.S. Patent Office as a patent examiner, while attending George Washington University Law School. From 1965 to 1966, he worked at Georgetown University as a teaching fellow in biochemistry. Ron graduated from Bucknell University with a B.A. in Chemistry in 1965.
