背景介紹	Joe Mirante co-founded the investment company and launched the strategy in 2003. Giuseppe Mirante comes from the sell-side at US investment banks, where he was always involved in the convertible bond market; he was head of convertible bonds at Lehman Brothers in Zürich, joined convertible bonds department at Morgan Stanley in London in 1996 and started his career as convertible and derivatives specialist at UBS in Geneva in 1993. He graduated from the University of Lausanne in 1992.
