投资策略
该基金主要（至少其资产净值的70%）投资于在中华人民共和国、香港、台湾、美国或经合组织成员国受监管市场上市、买卖或交易的股票证券或股票相关证券，发行该等证券的企业必须在中国拥有资产，又或其收入乃来自中国。基金可用以投资于任何行业的资产净值部份并不受任何限制，其可投资的公司的市值亦不受任何限 制。基金于中国a 股（包括于创业板及/或科创板上市的股票）（无论直接透过qfi或互联互通机制，及／或间接透过股票挂钩或分红票据及集体投资计划）的最高投资参与将不超过基金资产净值的100%。透过qfi于中国a股的直接投资合计以低于基金资产净值的70%为限。基金于中国b股（透过直接投资）的最高投资参与将不超过基金资产净值的10%。基金仅可为进行对冲及有效管理投资组合而使用金融衍生工具。基金不拟就投资目的而借机投资于 金融衍生工具。
