背景介紹	Scott C. Kimple, is a Principal and Portfolio Manager of Warrington since its inception in 2008. Mr. Kimple also serves as the Portfolio Manager to private commodity pools sponsored by an affiliate of Warrington, as well as to separate commodity trading accounts. From 1991 to 2015, Mr. Kimple was employed by Morgan Stanley Smith Barney LLC and its predecessors (“MSSB”) as a registered representative and was registered with the NFA as an Associated Person of MSSB. Mr. Kimple received a BBA in finance from Southern Methodist University and a MBA, with emphasis in Finance and Derivative Securities, from SMU’s Cox School of Business.

Mr. Adams graduated from Washington University in St. Louis where he received a BBA with a triple major in Finance, Management and International Business. 背景介紹	Edward S. Walczak is a Portfolio Manager of the Catalyst Capital Advisors LLC and has been responsible for the day-to-day management of the Fund’s portfolio and its predecessor fund since its inception in 2005. From 2005 until joining the Advisor in August, 2013, Mr. Walczak was the Managing Member and portfolio manager of Harbor Financial, LLC, a registered Commodity Trading Advisor and Commodity Pool Operator. His previous professional experience also includes serving as the Vice President for Operations of Acuity Specialty Products; Vice President of Supply Chain, Vice President of Purchasing and Vice President of Engineering of Brach and Brock Confections; and Captain of the U.S. Army Corps. Mr. Walczak has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Physics and Economics from Middlebury College and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard University’s Graduate School of Business.
