背景介紹	Victor holds a BCom (Hons) in Econometrics. He started his career in 1996 at Standard Bank Treasury as a trainee foreign currency dealer, and then moved to Nedbank Investment Bank as a bond market dealer, giving him good preparation for his move to STANLIB (then LIBAM). At STANLIB, he has been part of the Fixed Interest division starting as a bond dealer and then assuming added responsibility on fixed income Portfolio Management. Victor was appointed as Head: Bond and Income Funds with effect 1 March 2008, assuming full responsibility for management of the funds.

背景介紹	Robin joined STANLIB Asset Management in 2008 as a Portfolio Analyst, where his experience in sell-side fixed income trading and structuring added considerable value to the Fixed Income Team. He was promoted to his current position in early 2013. He was previously with French Investment Bank Calyon CIB as a Property Fixed Income Trader, which encompassed trading and structuring the entire ambit of Rand-denominated fixed interest instruments and currencies. Earlier in his career, Robin worked with Sanlam Investment Managers as a Fixed Interest dealer and as an Asset Liability analyst on the Sanlam Life portfolios. He has also spent time working in London with SocGen and Royal & Sun Alliance. Among his external interests, Robin is an accomplished triathlete.
