投资策略
基金之目标为透过主要（不超过淨资产的70%）投资于中华人民共和国（「中国」）资本市场。该等资本市场主要为中 国证券市场（现时为深圳证券交易所和上海证券交易所）内之公司的证券，以达致持续和长期的美元资本增值。就投资 目标和政策而言，「中国」不包括香港和澳门特别行政区和台湾。 基金将直接透过QFII持有人为基金获取的合格境外机构投资者（「QFII」）额度及／或沪港股票市场交易互联互通机制 （「沪港通」），以及基金最多10%的淨资产的限制范围内，经理人认为合适的情况短暂性地间接透过与A股联繫的其 他工具（如上市Ａ股指数期货），主要投资于中国公司的A股，以达致投资目标。

He was a Central Dealer and Senior Investment Analyst at AIG Global Investment Corp (Asia) from 1999 to 2004, which involved dealing of equities for Asian portfolios.
