Since starting his investment management career in the mid 1990’s, Anthony has held various positions as analyst and Portfolio Manager, including four years at BT Funds Management (NZ) Ltd where he was a Portfolio Manager (for New Zealand Equities) and a member of the Investment Committee. Anthony holds an MBA from the University of Otago. | 背景介紹 | Shane Solly is Portfolio Manager Trans-Tasman (New Zealand & Australian) Equities at Mint Asset Management. Shane has more than 17 years of investment management experience centred on equities and listed property securities within New Zealand and Australia. During his career, Shane has successfully managed an extensive range of trans-Tasman equity portfolios for institutional and retail investors, producing consistently high levels of performance with low levels of risk over sustained periods of time. Most notably, Shane has managed New Zealand’s best performing benchmark-constrained institutional trans-Tasman fund. During his management of this fund Shane achieved the market’s highest 5-year annualised information ratio (the measure of reward relative to the measure of risk incurred). Shane has also been instrumental in developing and managing the industry’s sector-defining high-conviction equity-selection offering. This fund, while initially configured for retail investors, was subsequently adapted to meet the requirements of a number of institutions, including several charity groups. In addition to his success in managing broader equity mandates, Shane has been awarded Fundsources Property Fund of the Year over three consecutive years for his management of listed property funds. At Mint Asset management, Shane is responsible for all aspects of trans-Tasman equity fund management, including investment research and portfolio construction. In particular, Shane is responsible for developing and refining Mint’s investment process. This process involves a sophisticated proprietary research system that scans and monitors the broader New Zealand and Australian equity markets for the best available investment opportunities.
