背景介紹	Matthew Russell joined M&G in 2007 as a fund managers’ assistant covering fixed income funds. He became deputy manager of the Short Dated Corporate Bond strategy in 2011 and, two years later, was appointed manager. In 2015 he started managing the Gilt & Fixed Interest Income strategy and in June 2021 became manager of the European Inflation Linked Corporate Bond strategy and deputy manager of the UK Inflation Linked Corporate Bond strategy. Matthew has a BSc in economics from the University of Birmingham and is a CFA charterholder.

背景介紹	Stefan Isaacs is Deputy CIO of Public Fixed Income and Head of M&G's Wholesale Fixed Income business. He joined M&G as a graduate in 2001 and was subsequently promoted to corporate bond dealer specialising in high yield bonds and euro-denominated credit. He was appointed fund manager of the M&G European corporate bond strategy in April 2007. Since 2010, he has also been managing a number of high yield and high yield ESG strategies in London and in Luxembourg.

背景介紹	Gareth Jandrell joined M&G in 2017 and was appointed fund manager in the Wholesale Fixed Income team in August 2019, having taken an active role in the management of strategies such as Euro Credit, Floating Rate Approach, European Corporate Bond and Absolute Return Bond. In June 2021, Gareth became co-manager of the Euro Corporate Bond strategy and deputy manager of the Global Corporate Bond strategy. Before joining M&G, Gareth spent 10 years in the international banking industry, where he held several fixed income trading and structuring roles, most recently as a Director at Barclays Capital. Gareth holds a BEng (Hons) in Aeronautical Engineering and MSc in Finance from Loughborough University. He is a CFA charterholder.
