Prior to that, he was a Partner from 2005 to 2008 at Adelphi, working as Fund Manager and co-founder of the Adelphi European Small Cap Fund. Stephen began his career at Henderson in 1998. While at Henderson, he acted as an Assistant Fund Manager of the Henderson European Absolute Return Fund from 2001 to March 2005. Stephen was also Fund Manager of the Henderson Horizon Pan European Smaller Companies Fund from March 2003 to March 2005, over which time frame the fund was the best performer in its Universe of 64 Funds. Stephen holds a BSc (Hons) Degree from the University of Wales in American Business Studies. Stephen is an Associate of the CFA Society of the UK, holding the ASIP designation with a merit in Economics and Applied Statistical Analysis.
