Prior to that, he was a Vice President at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette where he worked on a variety of leveraged finance, M&A, and restructuring transactions. Previously, Henry worked as an analyst at McKinsey & Company and Merrill Lynch. He graduated cum laude with a dual degree from the University of Pennsylvania’s Management & Technology Program and subsequently earned his MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated with distinction and was named a Palmer Scholar. | ||
