背景介紹	Michael is Head of Multi Asset for Perpetual Asset Management Australia. In this role he is responsible for the suite of Multi Asset Funds and capital markets research. Michael joined Perpetual in June 2014 and has 23 years finance industry experience. Prior to joining Perpetual Michael worked at JANA for 13 years, and held a number of positions across research, consulting and portfolio management, including Head of Investments, Implemented Consulting. Earlier in his career Michael held a variety of positions at UBS, Morgan Stanley and Barclays Capital in both Australian and the United Kingdom. Michael holds a Bachelor of Business (Economics and Finance) from RMIT University and is a Vincent Fairfax fellow.

Michael has over 21 years’ investment management and consulting experience and joined Pendal from First State Super, where he was Head of Investment Strategy since January 2014. In this role, Michael was responsible for the establishment of an active asset allocation process and led the Fund’s Investment Strategy Team. Prior to this appointment, Michael was Head of Diversified Strategies at Perpetual for over five years, with portfolio management responsibilities for the manager’s range of diversified funds. Michael’s prior experience includes over 10 years in consulting roles at Watson Wyatt (now Willis Towers Watson) and NSP Buck. Michael is a qualified actuary and holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Queensland.

背景介紹	As Head of Portfolio Management for AMP Investments, Stuart Eliot brings more than 30 years of diverse financial markets experience to the stewardship of our client’s funds. Before joining AMP he spent 12 years with Pendal Group where he was Senior Portfolio Manager, Multi-Asset Investments since 2016, and previously Portfolio Manager, Diversified Funds since 2009. In these roles Stuart was responsible for strategic and dynamic asset allocation, portfolio management and investment research, including a strong focus on responsible investing. Prior to joining Pendal, he held senior investment banking, trading and quantitative research roles, encompassing multiple asset classes, at several leading investment banks. Stuart holds a BCom (Actuarial Studies) from Macquarie University.
