投资策略
以尽量提高总回报为目标，并以贯彻侧 重环境、社会及管治（「ESG」）投资原则的方式进行投资。基金将至少 70%的总资产投资于投资级定息可转让证券。货 币风险将灵活管理。基金是银行间债市基金，可透过境外投资计划及╱或债券通及╱或相关规例可能不时允许的其他方法以不多于其总资产的20%在中国银行间债券市场直接投资于在中国内地分销的在岸债券。基金力求投资于可持续投资，包括但不限于「绿色债券」（按 国际资本市场协会绿色债券原则指引下的专有方法定义）， 且其总资产将按照下文所述的ESG政策进行投资。作为其投资目标的一部份，基金最多可以其总资产的50%投 资于资产抵押证券及按揭抵押证券，不论是否属投资级。其中 可包括资产抵押商业票据、抵押债务证券、有抵押按揭债务、 商业按揭抵押证券、信贷挂钩票据、房地产按揭投资管道、住 宅按揭抵押证券及合成抵押债务证券。资产抵押证券及按揭抵押证券的相关资产可包括贷款、租约或应收账款（例如（就资产抵押证券而言）信用卡债项、汽车贷款及学生贷款，以及（就按揭抵押证券而言）来自受规管及认可财务机构的商业和住宅按揭）。基金投资的资产抵押证券及按揭抵押证券可运用杠杆 交易提高投资者的回报。若干资产抵押证券可运用诸如信贷违 约掉期等衍生工具或一篮子该类衍生工具的结构，对不同发行 人的证券的表现取得投资参与，而无须直接投资于该等证券。

From 1987 to 2008, Mr. Rieder was with Lehman Brothers, most recently as head of the firm's Global Principal Strategies team, a global proprietary investment platform. He was also global head of the firm's credit businesses, Chairman of the Corporate Bond and Loan Capital Commitment Committee, and a member of the Board of Trustees for the corporate pension fund. Before joining Lehman Brothers, Mr. Rieder was a credit analyst at SunTrust Banks in Atlanta. Mr. Rieder earned a BBA degree in Finance from Emory University in 1983 and an MBA degree from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 1987. He is a member of the board of Emory University, Emory's Business School, and the University's Investment Committee and is the Vice Chairman of the Finance Committee. Mr. Rieder is founder and chairman of the business school's BBA investment fund and community financial literacy program. Mr. Rieder serves as Chairman of the Board of North Star Academy's eleven Charter Schools in Newark, New Jersey and is the Founder and Chairman of the Board of Graduation Generation Public School Collaboration in Atlanta.
