Jens has considerable international experience and has extensive knowledge of consultants’ and clients’ needs. He is a frequent speaker at international conferences on environmental, water, and agricultural themes. Jens holds a master’s degree in applied economics from the University of Antwerp, Belgium. He is also a CFA® charterholder and is a certified CEFA (Certified European Financial Analyst of the BVFA/ABAF – Belgian Association of Financial Analysts).

背景介紹	Craig is a senior portfolio manager on the Natural Resources equity team and is responsible for the development of investment strategy as well as the day-to-day management of portfolios. Craig brings more than two decades of investment management experience as a global equity investor to the new role. He was most recently with Artemis Investment Management as part of the Impact Equities team, and for the previous six years an Investment Manager with Kames Capital, managing global equity and sustainability strategies. In the three years prior, Craig held Investment Manager and Investment Director positions with Scottish Widows Investment Partnership. Craig was a Portfolio Manager on the firm’s pioneering Water Strategy from 2008-2010 and worked across the Alternative Energy (today ‘Energy Transition’), Climate Change, and Agribusiness strategies during that period. Craig graduated from Strathclyde Graduate Business school in 2001 and has 23 years of investment experience.
