透过主要投资于亚洲太平洋盆地（除日本外）的企业，以期提供长期资本增值。资产至少67%投资于亚洲太平洋盆地（除日本外）成立或于亚洲太平洋盆地（除日本外）从事其大部分经济活动之公司（包括小型公司）的股票。子基金将其资产至少10%投资于可持续金融披露规例下界定的有助于实现环境或社会目标的可持续投资。子基金可将净资产最多20%投资于辅助流动资产及将资产最多20%投资于信贷机构存款、金融市场票据及货币市场基金，以管理现金认购及赎回以及经常性及特殊付款。如就应对极端不利市况而言属合理，子基金可暂时将其净资产最多100%投资于辅助流动资产作防守目的。
