Mr. Otterstrom was named portfolio manager of the Waddell & Reed Advisors Municipal High Income Fund in June 2000. Mr. Otterstrom assumed responsibility over the Core Fixed Income and Core Intermediate Fixed Income strategies upon Jim Cusser leaving the firm. Mr. Otterstrom is a CFA charter holder.
